Request for Applications: Free IT assessment for 5 Georgia-based Health Nonprofits

This opportunity is now closed. Thank you for your interest.

Healthcare Georgia Foundation recognizes the needs of vulnerable nonprofit health organizations that may not be self-sustaining due to internal technological capacity. Through a pilot program with TechBridge, an Atlanta-based nonprofit that provides Information Technology (IT) consulting services, the Foundation is inviting Georgia nonprofit health organizations to apply for a free technology assessment to be conducted by TechBridge, Inc.

Five applicants will be selected to participate in a free and confidential interactive online IT assessment covering many areas, such as: server(s), hardware, network, Internet connection, collaboration, remote access, data management, security and anti-virus, backup, disaster recovery, and support and maintenance. The resulting assessments will provide online technology planning resources and an explanation of needs within the organization along with a strategy to improve infrastructure and data management.

TechBridge will contact the 5 nonprofits selected and set them up with instructions on how to complete the first step of the process- a 30 minute online survey. TechBridge will complete assessments and then present results to the participating nonprofits.

The deadline to apply is March 1, 2013 at 4pm EST.

Organizations selected will be notified by email no later than March 5, 2013.
